We are open for appointments Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 3 pm.


All orders receive a tracking number. We will send your tracking number and link in an email once your order has been shipped. This is usually the same or the next business day. The tracking email will be titled: Your Plus Outdoor Order Has Been Shipped.

To track your order, search and find the email titled: Your Plus Outdoor Order Has Been Shipped in your inbox (check your junk mail too). If you cannot find this email, please send us a text or email and we can send you a link to your tracking.

To track your order with Australia Post, or update your delivery preferences-::

  1. Click on the tracking number link in your email to link to a page on our website with your tracking number.
  2. Click on the link ‘Click here to track your shipment’ to open up Australia Post’s tracking page for your number.
  3. You can update your delivery preferences here such as ‘Leave it in a Safe Place’ or ‘Redirect it’.

Shipping Process



We offer a free click & collect (and try on’s) for our Plus Size Outdoor Clothing. Your items can be picked up from our office at 893 Riversdale Road, Camberwell (Melbourne) Victoria. You can also try them on at this time, or shop for other items, just choose your preferred appointment type and time.


FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99.

International, Express Post & Signature Available.

We ship via Australia Post and delivery partners for most Australian and New Zealand addresses, and can oftentimes upgrade to DHL for most other international orders. Australia Post offers multiple options including signature on delivery and express post. We do not take responsibility for shipping delays however we have found reliability in 95% of shipments.

We ship items the same or the next business day but sometimes, there are additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We are a small business stretching ourselves at every opportunity for excellent customer service. Please contact us ASAP if something is urgent, we do our very best to ensure expedited shipping.

Your plus size clothing will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia, and all in one shipment in most cases.


Insurance is not covered in any shipping methods offered, so if you would like to pay extra for insurance, please let us know at the time of your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or misplaced items by our shipping partners.


I have placed an order, what can I expect next?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us with your tax invoice attached. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk / Spam folder and make sure to mark us as “Safe” This would ensure our future communications are sent without further issues.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Orders are normally processed the same or the next business day of your order and you will be sent an update from us once it has been submitted to Australia Post for shipment that same day.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been submitted to Australia Post, a shipment confirmation with the tracking number will be emailed to you. All orders will receive a tracking number.

If you are not at home Australia Post or the selected courier will either leave your goods if safe to do so, or deliver them to your local post office. (Sometimes this is not your usual local post office). If you choose 'signature' for delivery, then they will not leave your goods unattended.

Australia Post no longer leaves delivery cards, and instead sends texts and emails alerting you to their attempted delivery in most cases. You may require a MyPost account with them for efficient delivery communication.

We highly recommend considering the delivery address be a place of business so that your delivered goods are secure. You can also use the 24/7 Parcel Collect service by Australia Post and re-direct your parcel there.

Larger items and parcels often require a courier which means someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

International Tracking

We have learned that the tracking number we supply, is your tracking number for your parcel only whilst it is in Australia. Once your parcel is transferred to your local delivery partner in your country, often this tracking number gets transferred to a new local tracking number with your local delivery partner (New Zealand Post, or local postage partner). This is usually found via the Australia Post tracking online services via the link sent in your shipping email.

Customs processes and costs can delay shipments in your country. Import shipping taxes and duties are your own responsibility and Plus Outdoor will not pay for Returns To Sender in any circumstance.

International shipping cost is usually more expensive to return to Australia than the original shipping price paid. Please be aware that these return costs are not included in your price and are your own responsibility. If purchasing from outside of Australia, please share your measurements with us so we can cross-check your chosen style and size before shipping. Sizing variation between brands, styles, and sizes is significant in all cases.

For local or major East Coast cities your order should take 2-4 business days.

All other areas of Australia are usually 5-7 business days.

International Shipping can vary greatly depending on the time of the year or season, holidays and weekends, location, customs hold-ups, etc. Most parcels arrive in the USA within 5-10 business days.

“I am leaving for snow this weekend, and I want my item to be delivered fast, what do I do?”

We understand, that sometimes you may want your snow gear FAST, shipped EXPRESS POST, and sent out ASAP for all your sudden trips.

We can usually ensure express items are shipped the same (order cutoff is 10 am but with a phone call it can sometimes be stretched) or the next day. Just select “EXPRESS POST” as a shipping option at the checkout. If you did not choose this option, please contact us immediately and we may be able to help you change* it to EXPRESS post with reasonable charges.

*If the order is not processed or shipped by the warehouse. Australia Post offers Express Post Shipping which ships next business day delivery within the Australia Post Network. Click Here to see the delivery network. Please note that if you are not within this network, then Australia Post does not guarantee shipping times to these areas.

For local or major East Coast cities your order should take 1-2 business days.

All other areas of Australia are usually 3-4 business days.

After you have placed your order send us an email with your latest arrival deadline day/time and we will do everything possible to ensure your order is expedited in time and double-check you have enough time for delivery.
