Shipping Process

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99.

We ship via Australia Post and selected delivery partners.

We aim to ship most items the same or next business day (depending on the product you order) but sometimes, there could be additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our very best to ensure optimal shipping.

Your ordered items will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We offer FREE PICKUP for our Plus Size Outdoor Gear Range and the items can be picked up from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Please contact us and we can make a special arrangement for you.

Insurance is not covered in any shipping methods offered. If you would like to pay extra for insurance, please let us know.

 

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

We are NOT shipping any GEAR items internationally at this time i.e. Socks, Boots etc. Only clothing items Jackets, Pants & Thermals are available for International Shipping. 

Please Note: All transactions are charged in Australian dollars.

Due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates, this may result in some very small variations in the dollar value that is charged to the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for any variations in International exchange rates that may be imposed by a customer's banking institution including additional fees.

 

I have placed an order, what can I expect next?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us with your tax invoice attached. If you have not received this email from us, please check your Junk / Spam folder and make sure to mark us as “Safe” this would ensure our future communications being sent without hassle.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation with the tracking number will be emailed to you for each warehouse shipment.

We will provide you with one or multiple tracking numbers so that you can trace your items and sometimes a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home, Australia Post or a selected courier will either leave your goods if safe to do so, leave a card for collection from the local post office or attempt a later delivery. We would highly recommend considering the delivery address be a place of business so that your delivered goods are secure. You can also use 24/7 Parcel Collect service by Australia Post and re-direct your parcel there.

 

How long will it take for my order to processed and shipped?

Orders are normally processed the same or next business day of your order and you will receive updates from us. There could be slight processing delays sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a stock or address error). In these situations, we will do our best to ensure your items are shipped as quickly as possible.

 


REGULAR POST*

“I have chosen REGULAR POST as my delivery method, when will my order arrive?”

Regular Australia Post shipping times apply for all orders – please check Postage Calculator for general estimates. Contact us with the specific items you wish to purchase, and we can advise specific shipping times and the postcode from where your item will be shipped.

For local or major East coast cities your order should take 2-4 business days.

All other areas of Australia are usually 5-7 business days.

International delivery is usually 5-20 business days depending upon location.

EXPRESS POST*

“I am leaving for snow this weekend, and I want my item to be delivered fast, what do I do?”

We understand, sometimes you may want your snow gear FAST, shipped EXPRESS POST and sent out ASAP for all your sudden trips.

We can usually ensure express items being shipped the same (orders in by 10 am) or the next day. Just select “EXPRESS POST” as a shipping option at the checkout. If you did not choose this option, please contact us immediately and we may be able to help you change* it to EXPRESS post with reasonable charges.

*If the order is not processed or shipped by the warehouse.

Australia Post offers Express Post Shipping which ships next business day delivery within the Australia Post Network. Click Here to see the delivery network. Please note that if you are not within this network, then Australia Post does not guarantee shipping times to these areas.
