We pack orders on most days.

  • Mon to Fri : 9.30 - 3.30pm
  • Sat to Sun : Closed

We're onsite to pack, ship orders and give great customer service. As a small team, we appreciate your patience.

Call us on 0411 855 037 but... If we're not answering the phone, responding to your email or web chats during these hours, we're likely busy with in-store appointments, packing or shipping orders. During peak times, response times may extend.

We can sometimes accept last minute appointments by prior arrangement only.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped the same or next business day (in most cases) from Melbourne, Australia. Occasionally during busy periods, orders may take an extra day or two to ship than usual.  Please leave yourself extra shipping time for comfort.

If you asked for a Size Check this will be prioritised so we can try to still ship your order without delay. If, as a result, it requires further communication and an edit, this may cause a delay. International orders may have a delay while we check your size and measurements too.  

TRACKING

All orders receive a tracking number in your email when the order has been shipped. 

This number won't appear in the system until the parcel is scanned in by our delivery partner. This could be overnight or the next morning, even if it has been shipped by us the day prior.

Track Your Order :

  1. Click on the Australia Post Tracking Number or DHL Courier Track & Trace link in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Your parcel is shipped requiring a signature but you can update your delivery preferences with Australia Post to Leave it in a Safe Place or Redirect it.

If you are not at home Australia Post or the courier will deliver them to your local post office or leave a courier card (Sometimes this is not your usual local post office). 

Australia Post no longer leaves delivery cards, and instead sends texts and emails alerting you to their attempted delivery in most cases. You will require a MyPost account with them for efficient delivery communication.

We highly recommend considering the delivery address be a place of business so that your delivered goods are secure. You can also use the 24/7 Parcel Collect service by Australia Post and re-direct your parcel there.

Larger items and parcels often require a courier which means someone must be present to sign for the parcel.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

  1. FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99 (Australian Addresses Only)
  2. Australia Post International, Express Post & Signature Available. (Rates calculated at checkout)
  3. DHL Express Priority Shipping is available to all addresses. (Rates calculated at checkout) *NOTE - No PO Box Addresses, this will delay shipping.


EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer free shipping a second time for exchanges, however for your convenience we offer a flat rate of $15 for regular post and $25 for express post on exchanged items. These will be calculated in your refund or exchange costs.


RETURNS

If an order is returned without a final purchase which would qualify you for free shipping, then this disqualifies you from our free shipping policy. In this case, a $15 regular post flat rate shipping contribution will be removed from your final refund amount. 


RESPONSIBILITY

We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or lost items however we have found reliability in 99% of shipments.

We ship items the same or the next business day but sometimes, there are additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We are a small business stretching ourselves at every opportunity for excellent customer service. Please contact us ASAP if something is urgent, we do our very best to ensure expedited shipping.


INSURANCE

Insurance is not covered in any shipping methods offered, so if you would like to pay extra for insurance, please let us know at the time of your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or misplaced items by our shipping partners.


INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

If you're an international customer, please be aware that we do not prepay, nor are we responsible for import costs or local taxes. Prior to delivery of your parcel, your local authorities will contact you for your payment of these costs. These costs are your responsibility and if you deny costs or the shipment is returned to us, we will incur extra costs from our courier company for this extra delivery, which will be deducted from your refund on the returned goods.
