I ordered online as I live on the other side of the country, and their sizing info advice available on each product page is super helpful, insightful and accurate. Everything I bought (waterproof pants and thermals) fit really well. They clearly understand the sizing variances for each brand and product they stock and have real plus sized models in their images to accurately show how things look on different bodies. I would 100% buy from here again, and I appreciated the option for express shipping.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a puffer jacket for an overseas trip and then asked them to check my measurements to ensure that I had ordered the right size. They checked, suggested that I change the size, updated my order and sent it to me. Highly recommended, they have such a great size range too.
