I bought a pair of trousers (and some accessories) from this outstanding retailer a while ago and was beyond impressed with the entire experience. Their excellent product range is matched by the superb quality of their customer service (think: peerless expertise paired with prompt, patient and kind assistance). These guys take great pride in what they do, and it's so refreshing.

I travel a lot for work and need to feel confident that my gear can handle whatever dodgy conditions are thrown at it – but being curvy can make finding reliable, comfy gear a bit of a nightmare, especially when you encounter retailers who make you feel small for being larger than their ideal. Yeah, it can be pretty demoralising. I’d all but given up when I found this excellent online store – and Mon made it such a positive experience. She helped me get exactly what I needed, in the perfect fit, fast.

Those trousers have since kept warm during subzero jaunts to Antarctica, the Arctic, Yukon and Siberia, but now it’s time to invest in another pair (they're still in great condition, but life’s been a little too good lately and I’ve gotta go up a size).

So, a couple of days ago I reached out to the team for some info; even though it's been a handful of years between purchases, their service was just as prompt, helpful and attentive as it was all years ago, and Mon had some great recommendations for replacements (bonus: their prices are still the best!). I know exactly where my next purchase is coming from!!
