It's still going to cut out the wind and the wet, and it's made from the same soft and stretchy material, it's just allowing you the versatility to layer your own design.

Please cross check the size chart measurements below, looking at the rise of the pant front and back, the cinching of the waist at its maximum (for maximum comfort and security), and it's thigh width which generally continues down the pants leg width.
