Outdoor Research's Cirque III Softshell Pants in plus size are now sold in Melbourne, Australia! They're technical, high-quality, windproof and water resistant, durable and breathable outdoor pants, designed for plus-size bodies (in US sizes so they're bigger)!

An ideal stretch softshell pant for your outdoor adventures, generously sized, offering an alternative fit profile to our other softshell pants available for larger bodies.

The fabric's stretch offers comfortable movement, perfect for activities that demand comfortable movement, when you're exploring the world, hiking, climbing or adventuring outdoors, whatever the weather.

Functional features include the adjustable waistband with side tabs and belt loops, as well as a unique waistband profile ensures a secure and comfortable fit. 3 zippered pockets means they're a fabulous travel and outdoor piece, and the gusseted crotch and knee stitching detail further enhances mobility.

At the ankle the pants have a slim zip which allows gusseting over boots, or zipped up for a more tapered ankle profile. Also, a drawcord at the ankle hem allows for further tapering. Although a single layer overall, the lining of these bonded pants (outer layer is bonded to the inner lining) is soft, so your skin is not touching rain material nor fleece, allowing for wear with comfort but without that extra warmth.

• Are these women's pants? Yes they are made in USA extended sizing which are sizes 2X, 3X & 4X which are different to Australian sizes 2XL to 4XL. They are roughty equivant to sizes 20 to 30.

• Can these pants be worn by men? Yes, we have had quite a few men instore try these pants on and have been delighted with how they fit and feel, as well as their durability, because we know men need a little more of that in their outdoor gear.
